Paradox
How can we keeping getting more for less? This metaphor reflects a common experience for many senior managers. All businesses seem to be going through this, and it can feel like an unresolvable paradox. How do you experience this challenge?

I think it’s very interesting in this picture how the effort required to putt the rope by the employees on the near side of the cliff to get their bosses’ attention is much greater than the rope pulled by the boss’ boss on the other side. This seems to suggests that gravity flows upwards in organisations. (You may say so, I couldn’t possibly comment) NIce one!
Certainly a good example of a common reality – leaves you asking – yes, but, so what? (which I assume is the outcome you would want?!)
