		<description>Interesting points.  I think the problem is that most people aren&#039;t brave enough to put their hands up and call leaders out on their bad behaviours.  Leaders don&#039;t really get very effective feedback, because they ultimately have control over the career, remuneration and job satisfaction of the people who report to them.  It&#039;s easier (and safer) just to say nothing, which of course makes matters worse.</description>
